Samsung Electronics is passionate about Service Care; for its consumers and partners which are very strategic brand attributes that the company projects always. Samsung commissioned Upticomm to activate a three-city (Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja) free service campaign for its consumers serving as a brand experience vehicle for a whole range of stakeholders to experience the Samsung CARE.
The Service Campaign was meant to create awareness for Samsung Smart Care unit, deepen brand visibility, loyalty and equity.
Total attendance was Port Harcourt: 2,743; Abuja: 3,630; and Lagos: 5,125.
